CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
1. Cancellation policy:

– Any cancellation 60 days prior to arrival date: No charge (less penalties administration costs)
– Any cancellation between 60 days to 35 days prior to arrival date: 25% charge
– Any cancellation between 35 days to 10 days prior to arrival date: 50% charge
– Any cancellation less than 10 days: 100% charge
2. Payment policy:

– Full payment is required soonest possible & latest by 60 days prior to arrival date
– The deposit of 25% is required within 7 days of booking confirmation
– A higher deposit may be required where pre-ticketing or pre-booking/payment to third parties are required.
– The bank transfer fee and any corresponding fees are assumed by the sender.

Payment due:
1. A special payment deadline will be applied and indicated in specific bookings within the tour confirmation. In case we have to deposit to the suppliers to guarantee the service availability, we will request you to settle the deposit to us accordingly.
2. Booking process notes:– Upon receipt of your request or booking, we will immediately send a short notice to acknowledge the receipt. We will deal with your requests or bookings and send out our proposal or tour confirmation as soon as possible (normally 24 hours unless over the weekend) with details of specific tour.
3. Cancellation/ No show - The specific cancellation fee will be indicated in the tour confirmation for specific bookings. This is due to the fact that each hotel and each supplier apply a different cancellation policy. There will be no refund for travelers who are no-shows to pre-booked (and confirmed) touring, experiences, meetings, and/or reservations. Any cancellation from Golfaway due to force majeure such as war, strikes, or earthquake will be subject to no charge/penalty.
4. Visa- Every traveler must have the relevant visa required to enter each of our destinations. Please contact your closest embassy (of the destination/s you will be visiting) for up-to-the-minute information.
6. Warranty- Golfaway will commit to all the services as confirmed and stated in the tour confirmation. However, we are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage borne by clients during their journey due to circumstances beyond Golfaway's control. Affected guests shall bear his/her own medical expenses and any other incidental expenses. Once we send our tour confirmation, we send full information on places and destinations; we will not hold any responsibility due to the fact that these destinations change appearances due to any unforeseen reasons.
7. Insurance- We recommend Travel Insurance for all travelers, please refer to your insurance provider’s document to ensure you are adequately covered by any terms whether listed/unlisted within these terms.
